About Me
My life has been a journey through different cultures and experiences, shaped by my family’s travels and the challenges we’ve faced together. Born in Germany and raised across Iraq and Norway, I’ve learned to adapt and embrace the beauty in diversity.
When I was 14, life changed drastically for my family. My father was taken captive, and I suddenly became the caretaker for my five siblings. This responsibility taught me resilience, compassion, and the strength to keep going, no matter what.
In 2013, we moved from Tampa, Florida, to Fargo Morehead, North Dakota. It was a big change, but the warmth of the community made it feel like home. That experience deepened my belief in the power of community and how much we can achieve when we support each other.
